Wikileaks Reveal New Details About Buildup

Wikileaks has recently released several cables from the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo regarding the proposed buildup on Guam.  PNC has reported that these reports show how various numbers, such as contributions by the United States to the relocation and the number of Marines being moved, were “doctored” (view the story here).  Additional details are forthcoming.
